Welcome to the home of

Iyengar Yoga Retreats South Africa

As our lives speed up, it becomes necessary to disconnect, to take a moment to breathe, evaluate and contemplate. Yoga through asana, pranayama and relaxation gives you the tools to restore and nurture.  We all need to make an appointment with ourselves from time to time, to re-connect with who we are, to maintain balance and to re-charge exhausted batteries. So take a weekend off and join a yoga retreat!

Feedback Retreat Participants

Dear Monique,

What a special weekend for me. Thank you so so much for all your effort, preparation, caring, professionalism and for setting up a retreat that allowed us beginners access. It meant so much to me that it will change the way I look at life forever. The people I met will be everlasting too.

I will keep in touch.

X Kim

Dear Monique,

Thank you so much for such a beautiful weekend. I feel so much better for it, on every level. On my arrival home, I spent about 2 hours pottering in the garden. Everything had a greater definition, the smells were sharper, the colors clearer. I feel longer, stronger, sharper, softer, cleaner, and leaner. I both respect and appreciate your attention to detail, knowledge, skill, patience and love of yoga. Until our next meeting. May all go well for you.

Namaste. Penny
